HERMOSILLO, Mexico (AP) — The Mexican army says soldiers have seized two catapults that were being used by drug smugglers to fling packages of marijuana across the border into Arizona. A military statement Tuesday says an anonymous tip led troops to a house in the border city of Agua Prieta where they found a catapult in the bed of a pickup truck and another inside the house.

Criminality aside, I think they deserve credit for ingenuity.

Congress threatened banks for not lending to minorities in poor areas....Called it “Red-lining”.....Most People in those areas could not pass traditional loan standards.....

Banks said no way will we hold those loans!....
Congress said lets compromise...U make the loans...We'll (thru Fanny and Freddy) take the note.....

Banks said FINE!....U take the risk and we'll lend to any breathing body we can find....Take our cut off the top and its your problem after that!!!

Congress said ...DO IT!!....

So whose at fault for faulty loans???....
