There’s a pulser that will do RFID chips. I’ll look it up again, and try to find some info on the kind of chip mentioned in the article. If the cheap DIY device already made won’t do it, something will. ...different frequency range from microwaves that burn flesh, BTW. It only needs to cause arcing between microcircuit lines without burning anything else. There’s always a way, and low-techs will find it.

There is a lot of information on the internet about it. Beware, that the government is interested in people who are interested in it.
