The odd thing is that he's repeatedly refused funding offers in various forms and has self-funded at great distress to himself, if reports are to be believed. Yet this is all part of his 'plan' to bilk even more folks from their money, according to the hardened skeptics.
When an authoritative book is finally written on the ECAT saga up until now, it's going to be _fascinating_ reading. I can't wait to see how it ends! ;-)
