Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof; nevertheless, despite the extraordinary nature of Rossi’s claims, he has taken great lengths to ensure that it’s impossible for other researchers to reproduce his results.

Rossi’s actions are not the actions of a scientist, they are the actions of a scam artist.
