The EBS is tested all the time. Where did you hear that “obama is going to test it”?
They’re having a nationwide simultaneous test that they haven’t had before. I personally don’t like it but I don’t think its a big deal.

A retired U.S. army intelligence officer told me that this is unprecedented - a complete NATIONAL black-out of ALL broadcast media throughout the country during the daytime. Normally, Emergency Alert System tests are conducted by FCC licensed broadcasters in the dead of night. (Consider: Even following the Kennedy assassination, NOTHING like this was scheduled).

“They” are doing some sort of testing that will supposedly shut down tv and radio broadcasts for 2 minutes. It’s not going to be the normal beeeeeeeeep “this is only a test” thing. It’s even been announced by the msm and on tv as a PSA commercial.
My tin foil hat tells me this is a dry run for Hussein’s October Surprise (or as early as next spring) when he declares himself Grand High Poobah of All the Lands and cancels elections.
