I believe that the customer is actually known now. Apparently the customer name was inadvertently left in one of the spreadsheets that were released after the test.
It is reportedly Manutencoop Facility Management. Here is some info on them:

***They are less than a $100M company. I would expect that they are the Facility Management team for the actual customer, who is likely to be a multi-$B company.
