“What the heck is a psycho-sexual”.
A psychosexual evaluation is an evaluation that focuses on the individuals sexual development, sexual history, paraphilic interests, sexual adjustments, risk level and victimology. To sum it up in lay person’s terms: he’s screwy but is he dangerous and screwy? Will he do this again? Does he only do things like this when a person is unconscious? Would he do more if given the opportunity?
