The poor kid looks like a girly girl but it is not clear his mother is checking “female” under the gender block, as the so-called policy statement requires.
How will GSUSA react when a 13 or 16 yr old boy wants to be a Girl Scout and sleep in tents with the girls?
Troops are led by volunteers who get to vote with their feet, I suppose.
