You can get a basic Bushmaster for around $900 last time I looked. A S&W is a good brand too.

Thanks for the link, but the referenced AR is $640 and the Saiga here is $329.

Bought one in August for $600. It’s a wonderful carbine.
I just got back from the range an hour ago after zeroing in a TruGlo red dot/green dot sight.
I love it.

I bought this AR back in April for $599. The list price on the SW website was $709. I love it! I've put more than 1,000 rounds through it at two Appleseed Project weekends. Never been a problem with it or the
Silver Bear .223 ammo.
