This is NOTHING. In my world, the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission decides when Halloween is. This year it waries from the 27th to the 31st depending on municipality.

I'll do you one better. Where I live (Taylorville, IL) the town geniuses have declared Holloween to be observed on TWO nights (30th and 31st). Boy, isn't that special? Now I get to worry about vandalism and keeping pets indoors for TWO nights instead of one.

Unreal. When I was a kid 40 years ago it was October 31, with no time restrictions until midnight (if a house didn’t want to play, or was out of treats the porch light was out.) We and the town survived just fine.
