I had never heard any of Katy Perry's music, and had only seen pix of her at various doin's-- thus I was a bit put out with a cosmos that allowed a bathtub ring like Russell Brand to run the bases.

Then I heard some of her repertoire and could only conclude that such a match has made two other people happier than they can ever know.
