Could be, it is probably a mash-up of different incidents. Watching it today I must admit I find it kind of goofy and the ‘thugs’ not very intimidating. Shows how much our culture has changed in many ways.

Yeah, those Triumph Thunderbirds are nice. My great-uncle had a 60s 650 Bonnie which my dad inherited when I was about 11. Sadly my pop sold it. I might look around for one, though I am not sure if I could get used to the right-hand shift lever.

Yeah, it scared people back in the day, but that was because we didn’t have the news outlets we have today so they could see what real violence looked like. Movies didn’t get as graphic back then. About the only thing I remember about the movie was one guy burning his back tire off doing a donut and Brando strapping that trophy onto his handle bars. Been a long time since I watched it. I couldn’t believe what a fat slob Brando turned into as he got older:)

You wouldn't have to worry about that. You'd never get the thing to start anyway.
