Be honest when talking to your family. Panic is bad. Calm is good.
No stress, just take a deep breath and trust in the Lord. He is in charge and knows the number of days that he wants you here.
My DH had a heart attack on June 29. The cardiologist pulled 6 blood clots out of his Lateral Anterior Descending artery (LAD), AKA the widowmaker which was 95 % blocked by the clots.
After they finished the angioplasty, the cardiologist took a look see with the camera to find the areas that were damaged from the clots. He was amazed when told me that he couldn’t find find a single area that was’t contracting in DH’s right atrium and ventricle.

Please take a few deep breaths and relax your muscles. Consciously think about relaxing your arms and legs, and calm yourself. You are in God’s hands and subject to His will, so be at peace. Breathe deeply, and you will refresh your heart and your mind.
Prayers up for your swift recovery and that this problem is a minor one.
Please call your family when you’re a bit more calm.

Been there done that many times myself, and each time it was tummy trouble, or anxiety, or hiatal hernia and not cardio.
