There is no plus to the USA with Libya swapping one dictatorship for another. Only Frogs and Brits will benefit. If they are not careful Putin will back door them and Libya will be armed and protected by Russia. Oh great news NBC said Hillary promised substantial aid to Libya. Must be part of new stimulus plan.
