Not a shelter dog, and not “really” a rescue. Came from a breeder, the dog had been returned from a buyer and so was available. Came from the same breeder that Ted Kennedy got his from, I believe. Porties are rather rare. But it was billed as a rescue since he didn’t buy a puppy.

I take my dog for her bath every week at a bath/grooming shop, and I’ve seen more PWDs there in the last couple years than I’ve seen in my life before - including dog show rings.
