I am on the Cain train but Newt won again with Cain second
Newt sure is a strong candidate. I’m not sure he can be trusted to preside well but he sure is impressive!
Newt doesn’t understand the mortgage business. His proposal that would allow people to refinance even when they’re underwater won’t work without fraudulent appraisals. He says local banks would refinance these loans. I wonder how long a local bank president would last when the board learned the bank had been making $150,000 loans on properties valued at $100,000.
Herman Cain was great with Newt second for his ability to disable the questions.
