You might want to check again. According to his bio in the Daily Mail (see post #9), he was discharged in 2007. (While it's possible that he may have rejoined, I'd be surprised if that were the case.)
I looked for him in the system and he is not on active duty. Lucky for him because he would be in violation of numerous orders if he was. Actually, he still might be in violation if he is required to spend time in the IRR. Either way, he’s a disgrace to the Corps.
