Sure, if he means America-hating traitors like Soros.
Honestly, you can agree on a problem (income disparity) without agreeing on a solution (I doubt Cantor feels the solution is welfare payments).
Cantor should, however, qualify this statement with something like “improving our overall economy through reducing regulation, spending, and taxes will do far more to address that disparity than any government program, since, more people will be able to become rich.”

A good reason why so few people control so much wealth is that the few are one ones who created that wealth. If it weren't for them, we'd all be a lot poorer

Republicans agree that too few people control too much wealth in America. What an idiot. He would do better to point out all the rich democrats and their hypocrisy. Running a corpoartion vs. hitting a ball with a stick or acting in a crappy Hollywood movie, etc.
