You'd be surprised how a message can spread through unconventional "memes." (Ha.)

The law states that money cannot be altered in such a way that it becomes "unfit to be reissued." Inking 4 words of truth would hardly constitute that!

Algore Sr., Robert Byrd, William Fullbright (Bill Clinton buddy) voted against civil rights legislation in 1964. Higher percentage of Republicans voted for Civil Rights legislation than dems.

You're correct. Years ago, I received a dollar bill in change that had a word ballon with Washington stating, "I grew hemp."

Now my head is just cluttered with more useless information that does absolutely nothing to change or improve my life.
