Comcast blows; we abandoned them for U-Verse. Is U-Verse perfect? No, but since my neighbor’s brother is an installer, I can usually get the problems sorted out quick.
The last time I dealt with those SOBs they missed three installation appointments, and each time tried to tell me it was my fault because I had signed-up for a later installation date.
