Error number two, ask the dentist about getting the work done there. I’ll bet there is a reason he does not offer dental. If it’s not cheap/free to get the work done there. How bout buying it on the free market? Dental insurance is only 10-25 bucks a month. Plus. If you keep your teeth clean, bi-annual exam is what, 50 bucks?
Error #3 Accepting the pay cut. Did you go looking for work elsewhere? What the owner buys is NYOB.
Error #4 Maybe your disrespected, or maybe your nose is so high in the air about your preceved worth to the company you “feel” disrespected.
Error #5 if your truly been sexually harassed at work, try calling the police after documenting it and if possible tape it.
Error #6 is mine. Thinking she would #1 see this and #2 not blame me for 1-5.
Should have gotten an engineering degree. You would be starting at 75K plus and would have had multiple job offers.

If she has an MEd and can’t find a job, her grades REALLY sucked or her degree is in one of the “diversity” or “multiculturalism” areas that are invading schools of education. In which case, sucks to be her. Time to learn to say, “do you want fries with that?”
The young lady with the sign just chose the wrong major in school. Teachers are kind of like lawyers right now, we have way more than we need or could ever use.
As to the rest of her problems, I would suggest searching for a new job while she is still employed; and when she finds one , quit.
On a personal note, Winchester looks like he intends to make your life a living hell (but fun) for the foreseeable future, just like my Jack does for me.

I borrowed $6,700 to get my BS. For the remaining costs, I got a few grants, but mostly paid the tuition and books each semester. After that, I applied for and received various fellowships, teaching assistantships, and grants to pay for my PhD (tuition and stipend) from a very good school.
It took a couple years to pay off that loan.
As far as her working conditions... well, I hate to say it, but she’s not the victim of anyone. Sexual harassment is actionable; besides that, she can look for another job. And the fact that her boss bought two motorcycles suggests to me that he’s feeling the pinch of the bad economy. My car gets ~24 mpg; my motorcycle gets ~80 mpg. Plus, the motorcycle insurance and maintenance are cheap.

Where I work, we hired summer help, mostly college men{ I wont call them boys}.
They work their asses off and dont complain. They are helping themselves thru college. Two are the company presdents sons who do all the bitch work without throwing up the fact their dad runs the place. One is now a intern with a lawyer.
These OWS deadbeatsare lazy and over educated. They took out loans they knew they couldnt pay back and now bitch they cant.
