All these sorts of out door mazes are dangerous. The Gov't needs to do something. What about the children?

Start with a czar or a regular cabinet department. Certainly they should need licenses, permits, inspections, audits, injunctions, raids.... With enough help from the government, they’ll be out of business pronto!
