Not that I disagree with him about who should go to jail, it's just that Newt's time has come and gone, and Cain's 9-9-9 idea is an economic apocalypse for he private sector. He's advocating a whole new level and class (wealth tax) of taxation without getting rid of the previous system.

What will happen if this nightmare is implemented is that we'll end up with both. European countries that have both have the government sucking down 48% of the GDP. Here in the USA the most the government can plunder is about 19% because people go into tax avoidance strategies if the bite gets too hard. Much more difficult to avoid a sales tax.

I don't agree with you on either one of them. Perry for all of his many flaws is in my opinion the lesser of the evils.

Perry gets my vote if he gets the nod. At this point, I won’t even have to hold my nose... :-)

I find it interesting that the former Fed director has this great idea of taxes us MORE. And is running for Pres, and against the Marxist running for the Dems. And without mention of getting rid of the current IRS system.

I don’t think that it is all just a coincidence.
The government and the FED need more taxes to keep their pathetic system going. What better way than to dupe the Repubs into MORE taxes?
