Newt won because he still has the solutions as do Cain and Mitt. Rick Sant. did not hurt himself. As to the others, Perry is just fading , Paul is well, Paul but right on the Fed. The Hunt is not in the hunt. Michelle did OK but is for me, behind Mitt, Cain, Newt, Santorum now. It might not work out that way in polls but if anyone can stop Mitt , it is Newt.

Newt, in my opinion, one this by the mile you say. He does it with very few words and clearly the brightest bulb on the panel. Seems fairly easy for him, kinda like Rush with half his brain tied behind his head.

It is getting easier for me to forgive NEWT, as I know he can hit the Presidency with a running start.

My choice is NEWT, and let him pick his VP.
