In California, minors can get an abortion with parental consent (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minors_and_abortion#United_States), but can no longer get a tan, even with parental consent.

Cali legislators get paid 6 figures a year to pass BS laws like this. Why can’t they pass a budget? Why aren’t they being turned out? Even libs have to be getting sick of these ridiculous laws.
