Replaced a few of those in my day as well. Along with a few rotors and caps . . . .
Dang, I used to stock these at the NAPA store in the 70’s. Elkin product I think, can’t remember what they are.

You would then spend two hours trying to fish out the screw with a magnetic retrieval tool, while using up every curse and blasphemy you'd ever heard or invented. Since you only had to replace the points about every year or so, you would forget to stick a piece of tape over the hole.
(While you were at it, you would check the insides of the distributor cap for carbon tracks.)
