I would have thought that a gay rodeo would more likely have been held in Fort Dix.
Sadly, this abomination was brought to Ft. Worth by the City of Ft. Worth convention and visitors bureau. My SIL heard a chamber of commerce type on TV yesterday saying it is a big success and hopes it comes back next year.
I believe this is payback for a police raid on a queer bar that went bad a few years ago and the City of Ft. Worth was sued.
