A massive manhunt is underway this morning after an employee of a Cupertino quarry walked into an early morning meeting and opened fire, killing two and wounding six, according to Santa Clara County sheriff's officials.
Sheriff's Sgt. Jose Cardoza said the suspect, an employee of the Lehigh Southwest Cement Plant, then attempted to carjack a woman at Homestead Road and Tantau Avenue and shot her. She was taken to a nearby hospital and he fled into the neighborhood.
The shooter has been identified as Shareef Allman, 45.

Don’t let your guard down when shooting in the sticks, on your own. This is how dirtbags Mattix and Platt got their weapons and cars.

I know where this place is.
The lights from the quarry are visible across most of Silicon Valley at night.
Usually a very safe area but not a place people casually wander around in.
****ing muzzie.

I used to swim at the Tantau swim center as a kid back when St Lawerance Expressway was a creek
I suspect this may be a muzzy of the “prison conversion” variety.
Therefor, I object to the use of the words “car jack”. The culturally sensitive phrase is “car shopping”.
Update: Here's a photo of the suspect. He's some kind of a radio producer? There is now a pulled YouTube video with this guy interviewing Jesse Jackson: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHEFv_BowrI This story is getting curiouser and curiouser...
