Oh, Potlatch, I am so sorry about your loss yesterday! It is hard, when we lose someone close to us,
I know the political threads can be an aggitation - but even though many of us may disagree, we still hold each other close in our hearts as FRiends.
I apologize if I have ever cause you any frustration - I need to learn to keep my mouth zipped - because friends are so much more important than political positions one might take. (And, of course, those positions can be changed in a heart-beat!)

I am the one who needs to apologize to you and I’m sorry I didn’t speak up and do it sooner!
You did nothing wrong at all. I think I was stressed by others who were lying and name calling and I did kinda jump on you and was sorry for it later!!
Don’t know how we’re going to get through another year of this as it’s gotten so bad now. Refrain from posting is about all I can think of, lol!
