Saw the spine specialist today. He says I have a lot of arthritis in the lower spine and some pinched nerves both sides. He recommends epidural cortisone injections which I will have at the earliest opportunity. Still waiting for the results of last week's bone scan. Otherwise not much to report

My daughter had injections...and it took longer than is normal to help..They had all given up..but it did help!

Sorry to hear the results so far but at least you're getting some answers. Ol' arthr pretty much has give most of us a visit! ;)

The epidurals normally do help quite a bit but you'll know more after the first one. Take care of yourself! Prayers continue!
