They call it black ice too, but that usually refers to the ice on the road.

The house, the cars, the trees, everything.
Clear ice that you can see through they call “glare ice’ up heah.

Ahhhh...I see. On everything...must be a tough way to try and survive winter! I don’t think I could do it but then, I’m not acclamated to such weather! Don’t believe I want to be either...lol. You’re a pioneer woman for sure!
