The last time I had to do that was a silent video of the alleged First Lady at the Honoring of Our Flag at the 9/11 Ceremony.
I could clearly see what SHE said.

Re: regarding lip reading.....Look at yourself in the mirror and mouth the words, "Elephant Juice". It looks EXACTALLY like you are saying "I love you!" LOL!
