If Cliff Lee doesn’t pitch better than last night, the Phillies won’t make it to the World Series.

I wonder, if the Tigers make it to the ALCS, on Monday Night, if they’ll have the Lions game at Ford Field going on at the same time as the game at Comerica....talk about a traffic nightmare.

Rick Porcello is pretty evenly matched with Burnett in my opinion but Porcello gets the advantage of being at home. Personally I think we’re looking at a home run derby tonight with neither pitcher going past the 5th inning.
The big bats for the Tigers didn’t do much last night. Fortunately guys like Inge and Santiago stepped up and helped get the job done.

As a Tiger fan I’d rather see the kitties face the Rangers. The Tigers just never seem to do all that well when they play in Tampa.
