People who argue that parent’s citizenship have no meaning as to eligibility for POTUSA do so on a personal agenda not an historical Constitutional agenda. These proponents of ‘birth on the soil only’ must realize that there are many anchor babies who can also be citizens of foreign nations. That is certainly a situation what the Founding Fathers did openly say they did not intend for POTUSA-Mark Levin to the contrary.
