Vattel did not use the French phrase for “natural born citizen”. The word translated thus 10 years after the Constitution was “indigenes”, which has an English counterpart: indigenous.

The word translated thus 10 years after the Constitution was indigenes Absolutely correct, Vattel used the French term for native which is exactly what YHVH defined in the Scriptures. Thank you for playing & agreeing with me.
