Vattel did not use the French phrase for “natural born citizen”. The word translated thus 10 years after the Constitution was “indigenes”, which has an English counterpart: indigenous.

Absolutely correct, Vattel used the French term for native which is exactly what YHVH defined in the Scriptures. Thank you for playing & agreeing with me.
