Natural born citizen was a legal term with an established meaning. It wasn’t based on rules of wandering tribes.

We are Americans. We don’t have tribes. Unlike an Israelite, we don’t memorize our genealogy back 20 or 30 generations.

We also don’t have Sabbath years, or Jubilee years, and we don’t obey the OT laws on eating, etc.

But good luck going to court and citing Exodus as your authority on terms in the US Constitution!

Natural (modern term of Native) was based on NATIONS not tribes. If one interprets tribes as 1st defined, one would confidently say that the US is the Nation & the States are the Tribes. 12 Tribes formed the Nation of Israel but there was one LAW for all 12 Tribes & the Foreigners who sojourned amongst them. It is plainly obvious that you neither know your Bible or the Laws which are ALL encompassed by The 10 which HE proclaimed were to be FOREVER, they are ETERNAL. It's just too bad that modern Christianity can not grasp the concepts of FOREVER & ETERNAL. Thus everytime a Christian says that the OT doesn't pertain to them they are calling their God a liar. John 1:14 ~ Jesus said "I am the LAW made flesh", so are you calling Him a liar too?

In Wilson’s Commentaries on American Law & Citizenship (1791) when he said that they went back to ancient customs for the definition of citizen, what part of ancient do you NOT understand?
