addition...and in any case, the child still became a citizen via naturalization and was never considered a natural born. Natural born = parents citizens prior to birth of the child, period.
Butter, we’re on the losing side of this issue, but we’re just too dumb to see it. Maybe there was a time when the average American man or woman would not think ‘natural born [American] citizen’ is just another way of saying ‘half-foreign’. Maybe they would question the idea that being born of foreigners on or near American soil, raised as a foreigner and unable even to name the correct number of Am. states equates to a ‘Natural Born [American] Citizen.
Now, most people know better. Of course the Founders were PC. Of course they wanted to enshrine the rights of foreigners/foreign enemies to father future presidents. Of course they believed in the magic pixie dust of American soil, and didn’t think heritage or a common culture had one whit to do w it.
We need to get on board, and realize how sanctified the Framers considered the rights of foreign enemies to father presidents. Otherwise, we’re living in the dark ages. We need to get on the post-modern bandwagon, and join the hew and cry for the rights of foreigners. After all, they shouldn’t be discriminated against just because they hate us and want to destroy the Republic.

Well if we have many people like you we will never win.
The presidency is an International position open to Americans and all foreign nationals, Duel or otherwise, born on US soil. Natural-Born is now defined as Location only. Loyalty born of Singular citizenship to the USA is no longer required.
We just need to be straight on the new rules. McCain had to have citizen parents, and that's no longer required, and as such, duel citizen foreign nationals can now qualify if born on our dirt or occupied territory.
Simply put, Its all about the dirt. Provide an American BC, photo-shopped or otherwise, along with any passport from any country for ID purposes, and your in. The constitution reverts back to its original drafted clause, “Born Citizen”. “Natural-Born Citizen” is void, as an interpretation that is documented in Minor VS Happersett.

The Supreme Court - or ANY court - cannot decide on the facts or law of an issue or case UNTIL someone brings a case before it to adjudicate.
If they had the power to do otherwise, the courts could literally take over the functioning of the government at will. We have something called “the separation of powers” that prevents courts from performing in an executive manner.
Think of it this way:
Suppose you own a sawmill. You may have a small one, or, you may have the biggest sawmill in the land.
But the Constitution prevents you from owning your own timber.
Yes, you can mill as much timber as is brought to you.
But until someone brings you a load of lumber, you have nuthin’ to cut.
That’s the way courts work under our system.

In terms of Rubio, I don’t have to vote for him if I don’t want to, and I really don’t want to, but why shouldn’t he be able to run? Why would you want to block him from even entering the gate?

I know there is no such thing as “The 10” but when one actually studies the Scriptures from YHVH’s Hebraic perspective, ALL YHVH’s Laws can actually be summed up in the 10 just as ALL American Laws are supposed to be summed up according to the US Constitution that defines naturalization as not being from the citizenry & natural born as being from the citizenry. As far as the 2 tablets, a proper reading clearly shows that YHVH did NOT start out the same when He began the 2nd set but I do agree, they did contain all the words of the Law that the 1st contained.

Well, narrow is one way to describe it. More importantly, it’s xenophobic and discriminatory. It treats foreign enemies of the Republic as second class citizens. They should have just as much right to father presidents as anybody else. The Founders knew this. They foresaw a time when we could become so bigoted we wouldn’t want half-foreigners to occupy the highest office of the land. To prevent us from discriminating against foreign enemies of the Republic, they enshrined in perpetuity their right to father the POTUS.
How else would a half-foreigner qualify to occupy the Oval Office and use it to fundamentally change the Republic? It all makes perfect sense, doesn’t it?

Well, as much as I would like to say foreign enemies of the US should not be able to father the POTUS, I can’t. It troubles me a bit, because, to be perfectly frank, I can be xenophobic, and I can also be discriminatory.
However, just because two people may be foreign enemeies of the US, there is no 100% guarantee that their offsrping will be the same. Unfortuantely, with Barry Soetoro, he is the same.
But here is where my biggest stumbling block lies-

A judge undoing the mess we created by removing him will allow us to learn nothing.
What I have learned from all of this NBC mess is this.
Despite the fact that I believe now and always have that Obama does not qualifiy to be president-
A free people must be the ones to guard its freedom, and no one else. If that free people no longer wants its freedom, or it no longer appreciates its freedom, then it will certainly be taken from them, because that is the way of mankind.
