So I should be happy we no longer live on the eastern coast of the US, but moved to the Philippines where we only have to worry about typhoons, floods, landslides, terrorism and dengue fever....

Seriously, worst case is 4 miles from the coast on the eastern side of North and South America, but that worst case is highly unlikely.
