"Sarah has Random House by the balls and she can squeeze very hard if she wants to"

$25million and a public retraction...retraction of every point on her list...with a promise to fire everyone involved, named, should be sufficient.

If she offers this, they will settle.

It's cut and dry.

To top it off, NOBODY IN ANY MEDIA ORGANIZATION will ever mention any of the specifics of the book...and it will be pulled from the shelves, never to be seen again.

Every new airing of the lies warrants another suit of even greater monetary value.

They sure as hell will not settle prior to discovery. After the discovery phase, maybe, but probably not. If her case is a good as Mark Levin thinks, she won't settle, she will make an example of every one of them, then she will win, hands down.

The question will be what does Sarah want out of this? I would think she could have whatever she wants. Good for her. Sarah and her family deserve everything they can get out of these fools!

Maybe she won’t offer a deal.

Maybe she wants to drag them through the courts and make them give her all their files, letters and email pertaining to McGuiness. Some of which will likely be incriminating.

Maybe she wants to break them.
