I’ve often wondered why there weren’t more big-budget movies about the Rev War. That would be a great subject, as would the Battle of Yorktown or the Battle of Kings Mountain.

can you imagine a Bunker Hill movie ? The last minutes with the Bostonians out of ammo and no damned bayonets? the very pissed off Brits coming over the redoubt and just about to kill everyone?

But then the Boston Bruins chopper in and start kickin’ ass! The Bruins save the American Revolution! Wicked pissa movie!
