It depends on which poll you look at. Perry had a bump for a while, but Cain is surging again after the debates this week. At one point Friday, he was getting 600 donations an hour.

The article mentions a Rasmussen poll so I went to find the most recent Rasmussen poll, which was Sept 23, the day before the article dateline.

Unless someone can show me a more recent Rasmussen poll before the article date, the author and the website are being dishonest in how they portrayed the rankings.
