Morgan Freeman is working from a script and has been tasked with bumping up the race card. Within a week or two, Obama will play his part.

It’s all theater and it’s disgusting.

Oh and Morgan, are you still banging your granddaughter???? I understand that she’s about 27 now, but when did you start to groom her for sex.... 10, 12, 14?? In any case, you filthy scum, you’re a twisted POS. Blah, blah, blah... yes fool, I know you’re Black... a Black racist pervert.

Your link is the just New Hampshire poll, not national data the article is referring to.

The poll in the article came out Wednesday. Election 2012: Republican Presidential Primary

Perry (28%), Romney (24%), Gingrich (9%), Bachmann (8%), Cain (7%), Ron Paul (6%), Santorum (3%), Huntsman (2%), McCotter (1%)

McCotter's out and they didn't poll for Johnson.

You will notice that EVERY FReeper is saying; “I love Herman Cain, but...........”.

And every other FReeper says; “I am reluctantly going with (fill in name Perry, Bachman, Santorum, or, I will hold my nose and vote for Romney, Newt, Huntsman, Johnson).

UH OH - Herman just won the Florida Straw Poll!!!!!!!

Cain is looking better and better, but I am still a bit disgruntled at his apology to the Muslims. At this stage of the game, we can’t afford a candidate who is going to back down any time a particular group gets their collective knickers in a twist.

“Who here would REFUSE to vote for Cain if he were to become the nominee”

Cain could refer to himself as a Black American but Obama cannot. Cain would be a great choice as president and is wholly a Tea Party candidate.

The big lie is alive and well in liberalism.

He never backed down from his stance against Sharia Law or Radical Islam. He is still the only candidate who is willing to take this one on.

Perry & Romney are better than BHO. Race card could not be an issue if Herman Cain is the candidate.

You go Herman. Freeman is right in saying we want the black occupant of the White House out, but we’d be happy to replace him with another black occupant named Herman Cain. Leftist, Hollywood kooks cry racism because their politics and politicians are failures.

If the Tea Party were racist, then they wouldn’t want any non-white members. The fact is the Tea Party welcomes people of any ethnic variety. Even ignoramuses like Morgan Freeman.

God only knows. I just pray we don’t have to find out.

My gut feeling says that Romney’s numbers are inflated. The MSM is taking every opportunity real or perceived to talk him up because they want him so badly. But why?

Some people say they want Romney because they know that he will never get the level of passionate support that Sarah, Herman or even Perry would get. They want Romney because, if by some incredible fluke he does get elected, he’s RINO enough to leave most of Obama’s socialist programs in place.

Now those are both plausible reasons, but I believe the real reason is actually much simpler. They want Romney because they are confident they have sufficient poisoned arrows with his name on them to take him out once the primaries are over.

He said:

“While I stand by my opposition to the interference of Sharia law into the American legal system, I remain humble and contrite for any statements I have made that might have caused offense to Muslim Americans and their friends.”

Now I have no problem with the first part of that statement, just exactly what was he apologizing for in the second half? He made some very clear, common sense, comments about his opinions regarding Islam, Sharia and Muslims in general. Things that should be said far more often. Why then did he go make kissy-face with the Muslims?

It would have been far better, in my not so humble opinion, if he had told them to shove their demand for an apology up their collective butts and twirl on it.

Right, he apologized for offending anyone, but he did NOT back down. He has reaffirmed many times since he is against Sharia Law.

He stands with Israel 100% too.

When Nobel Prize winning poet Tony Morrison can write an October 1988 New Yorker article titled “Clinton as the first black president”, then what is “black”? When the NAACP calls the black conservative Kenneth Gladney, “not black enough”, and “not a brother” then what is “black”? When Time magazine’s Jack White calls Supreme Court Justice Thomas, “the scariest of all the hobgoblins”, saying “Washington seems to be filled with white men who make black people uneasy”, than what is “black”? And when Obama, a man whose mother is Caucasian, can tell us in a widely read autobiography that in his youth he struggled with his racial identity before *deciding* to be black, what is “black”?

When Bill Maher, during a panel discussion on HBO complains that Obama’s policies are “half-assed” “because he’s only half black.” and that “if he was fully black, I’m telling you, he would be a better president.”, and that “there’s a white man in him holding him back”, than what is “black”?

CNN’s Soledad O’Brien writes of a private meeting in 2007 with Jesse Jackson in her book, “The Next Big Story.” During the meeting, Jackson complained to O’Brien, whose mother is a black woman from Cuba, that there weren’t any black anchors on CNN. She wrote, “He looks me in the eye and reaches his fingers over to tap a spot of skin on my right hand. He shakes his head. “You don’t count,” he says.” She closed the section with “[t]he arbiter of blackness had weighed in. I had been measured and found wanting.”

When the results of an August 2010 Missouri ballot proposition directing that state to protect its citizens from being forced into ObamaCare were announced and the voter sentiment scored a record for beings such a lopsided adoption of the provision, Juan Williams complained on Fox News this was really about race.

And Dr. Cornel West, whose official web site describes him as “a prominent and provocative democratic intellectual”, was the subject of an article in the May 18, 2011 Washington Post. Reporter Krissah Thompson opened with, “Scholar Cornel West’s scathing critique of President Obama’s liberal bona fides in a series of recent interviews has ignited a furious debate among African American bloggers and commentators.”

References to race, and especially to “black”, in all these contexts, is clearly not about “race”. It is about ideology, socialist ideology.

As far as I am concerned, we are all made in the image of God. While we all have the same rights and deserve the same respect, none of us have greater rights or deserve greater respect than anyone else. With respect to BHO being black: it is not about the race he was born with, it is about the ideology he adopted. It is not what percent black he is, it is about how thoroughly red he is.
