If FR wants to be rid of this stuff, I would suggest pulling the threads as they appear, and possibly doing the same with the overused Guilty/Not Guilty "debates", which were once a witty play on the Debra LaFave thing way back when.
That got wore out, probably about 2005 or so. Somewhere the cultural aspect of what is going on got co-opted.
Then perhaps some enterprising individual could start a website dedicated to wondering why they didn't have teachers like this when they were in 9th grade, etc etc.
Or perhaps one could just decide not to click on a thread that is bound to have those sorts of comments, just pass it by.

Same for "Bush's fault" which quit being funny 6 yrs ago and "Amish" which was funny the first time only.
