I, for one, would be very glad for the kilt to be in style.

I heard Hillary was asked not to wear a skirt because the interns were uncomfortable seeing her balls.

the gay men are paying more attention to what women wear You may well be right.
It seems nobody but me will fess up. I enjoy seeing attractive women especially when they are well dressed, and I prefer skirts.
Not one adult woman, except Mrs Patriot, has ever admitted to me that she dresses to be attractive to men, they all claim that they dress for OTHER women!

True that, I would love to be able to get away with wearing a skirt. Get a nice breeze up under.

I wore a sharp black suit with a well fitted skirt that hit just at the bottom of my knees to my interview with these fabulous Tahari FMPs. Ka BAM. I was hired. Certain appearances just resonate with people. It's just a fact.
I'm not surprised that you made such a good first impression. Sounds like your employers were impressed with more than just your suit.

Women wearing skirt suits are viewed as more successful than those wearing trouser suits favoured by powerful women such as Hillary Clinton and Angela Merkel, scientists have found. Y'all realize this article is a WMD-level political meme, right?
It's a really, really big deal.

I can no longer get into my custom made Kilt since gaining 40 fatazz pounds. Accept me for who I am, not your Covergirl Ideal.... Heh....no worries, mate. I've gained a few lbs myself since I got my kilt on my 50th birthday.
I tried it on for the first time in some years the other day, and was surprised that it still (more or less) fits me.

You kidding me?
A skirt sways back and forth. The calves, shoes and feet? Adds to the view.

It is one of my life’s greatest honors to be working where I do.
I am truly blessed.

Should be allowed in the feeding trough either....

Sure. But you can’t see my butt, and that is what matters to me. Pants leave NOTHING to the imagination.

This is good to know.
I’ve always worn a skirt/dress, I feel more comfortable in them than pants.
But for years people have said the opposite of this article.

Anyone remember this from Johnny Carson? He asked Angie Dickinson did she dress for men or for women. She said, “I dress for women, I UNdress for men.”
Classic. And a class act.

Ka BAM. I was hired. It's not easy to present one's self with a top notch appearance, it requires smarts, planning, and effort.
Employers believe that someone who puts a lot of work into their personal appearance will also put the same effort into their work product, with similar result.
