Well, that's an interesting stance.

So if you were to hire a pizza delivery person that told you how to run your company...that would be o.k.?

I saw a tv special a while back about seminars to teach how to “deal” with the younger generation coming to the work place. You know, call their parents and praise them, clap when they do the job they are hired to do...etc.

When someone comes to work for a company..it is not theirs to run on the second day of employment. When they prove their value...their input will be appreciated.

For an employee of a company you sure act like you own it... typical of your generation.

My son describes his generation as those who would poop on a plate, hold it up, and expect everyone to applaud their talent.
