Arrested for swearing at officers on his own property?
I didn’t see where his wife claimed abuse or anything. What were the cops supposed to do to him?
As crazy as it may be, is there some law against getting drunk on your own property and pulling your own tooth?

I don’t think a law was broken here. However, the should have taken him to detox due to the fact that he was a danger to himself..

A guy I used to know(He's dead now or I would still know him:))pulled his own tooth while he was at work. It was one of the front teeth and it was badly decayed and causing great pain. At break time he grabbed a pair of pliars and pulled it. It wasn't easy but he didn't barf. The boss bragged about how tough his crew was for months after that, "He**", he said, "they pull their own teeth!".
I think the guy in the story was barfing because he was drunk. BTW, I think the police were way out of bounds arresting this guy. I hope he sues the pants off of them.
