The GOP candidate in Nevada won by 22 points in a district which is +5 GOP. So much for the US House being more unpopular than Zero.
On the contrary, the polls are correct. People don't like the House but, in general, they like their Congressman. They would have to since they tend to reelect them 90% of the time.
But your point is still valid - polls of the popularity of the House are meaningless since they give you no help in predicting the outcome of elections.
