Energy czar Steven Chu may already be on top of it (he was reported to be investigating "cold fusion" back in June), and Obama may try to ride this to re-election. Heck, Soros probably owns the rights to it by now.
This can not be taken as anything other than a very encouraging development.
Either Rossi is a fool and has filled a “dumpster” with some plastic suitcases.
Or Rossi thinks some corporation will be fool enough will pay millions for his scam filled dumpster.
Or maybe this is the real deal being shipped in mid September that will be operational in October as promised. This solution, is actually the logical conclusion.
