Orthodox Jews get sex trips from their Rabbi or Rabbis wife. If you ever notice, the ultra-Orthodox have a lot of kids. They are not much for public displays of affection, but they’re for anything that will promote having kids. And the commandment is to please ones wife, not the other way around.
