How do I increase it by the router? I don’t drink beer lol.

You have to access your router. Try "routerlogin.com". You will need the password for the router and probably the number on the router.

Look for power setting or signal strength settings. On mine the default was 5 of 10. I left it there as that is enough.

I had a Linksys router that would let me do that.

You might also be able to select the channel the router transmits on. If you have a lot of wireless devices around you transmitting you might want to set it to a specific channel.

Your router manufacturer probably has a web page for all this info. What kind of router do you have.
